SHIPPING

All packages will be shipped Priority via USPS within 3-7 business days after your order has been placed.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please follow up with the United States Postal Service. Be Body Essentials is not responsible for package(s) that show completed delivery.  

Be Body Essentials is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or an incorrect shipping address (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).

Please note: Some shipments may experience delays due to COVID-19.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
